It sounds like you may be hiding something, I would recommend you dont initiate this process as they will likely look into every aspect of your financial life for any discrepancy.Any transaction over 10k is subject to government investigation and will be flagged.

(Obviously) but if you choose to go the mutual fund route, investigate Vanguard Index Funds.

And, as I mentioned above, even the placement within the geography of the area leaves something to be desired.Worth investigating, but I wouldn't get my hopes up.
