What about Air Bnb in the area?  

Owner said it has updated electric and copper plumbing newer forced air furnaces and c/a conditioners and some more updates. 2 of the 6 units are vacant and 3 units are being rented at $900.00/month with one unit being used to house the property manager.

I am an active duty Air Force crew chief.

Looking through records of the BK court they have listed on the trustee's report State tax commission claim allowed $30K and a /IRS claim allowed $50K    but I don't see any liens on the property in the county court clerk records. obviously I'll meet with an attorney (because this bankruptcy is so drawn out)  before I bid on the property (courthouse steps) but looking for thoughts/opinions.   

She hopes to scare you into paying so she won't have to.I would take my chances that she's just blowing hot air.

@Nelson Taylor Hi Nelson, would you mind telling me how often your space gets rented through air bnb?

However, we love the house, location, schools, etc however it's a lot more than we could comfortably pay unless we were able to air bnb about 10+ nights per month. 

Some say asking if the owner is willing to sell is soliciting and others say it isn’t so I was airing on the safe side but either way doing a bulk slip trace would save me some time. 

Usually you will end up granting air rights to the solar developer with access easements for the power lines and for the solar developer to maintain their solar equipment.
