Who predicted the internet or I-phone in the 1940's or 50's?   

Believe it or not, I actually enjoy the day to day running of places, working with my hands and head and iPhone, and making properties better.

Using hard money allowed us to pick up the property instantly with very little of our own money down and then put in only the money needed for the fixup and the monthly hard money payments - which we could manage more easily. (4) Brick siding is usually very durable and all we did was do 2 rounds of pressure washing to get it to look like that (note that another reason why the photos look good is because they were all taken from my wife's iPhone @Pragya Singh, she's very proud of it :) )Hope these help and I'd be glad to help answering any more questions.

This might not be news to some of you but I just started using an iPhone App called "Dream Voice".

And I assume their model to compare is towards the "best case scenario" when it comes to saving and investing....as in, the person doing it is actually disciplined to actually save money each month and invest it in sound investments....rather than go out and buy the latest iPhone....or a bigger TV....or a new car.....In other words, the person saving $500/month renting over buying a home actually takes that $$ and invests it in something that reliably and consistently makes $$.....and what % of the population fits that category?

Ask him which will be worth more in 5 years- an iphone 10 or his mutual fund? 

I'm getting ready to test out their system, have also considered Speed Queen's proprietary system that they just introduced but the iPhone app reviews seem pretty terrible...
