I was wondering if there are restrictions that hinders international student to wholesale real estate?

I’m not sure if this will be a help or hinderance to me since I won’t feel the hunger and pressure that I’m sure many feel that wish to quit their job so they know they need to work twice as hard as the next guy. 

With this in mind I am trying to be very careful and not do things that will hinder me being able to get my first property and house hack and begin my real estate journey to freedom. 

@Jamaal RogersYes.But if you're moving into a smaller home or adding more miles to your commute to work this might hinder your loan approval.Make sure that you speak with a seasoned Loan Officer or Broker and have them go over your entire scenario.  

You also need to know that if you abandon ship you don't further damage the ship or the others on board, the ship can be salvaged and usually others too, so don't hinder the situation.

I feel the lingering odor will hinder me from finding a tenant to rent this freshly renovated condo.Does anyone have any suggestions on how to eliminate the odor?

There are companies that make A/C cages that are supposed to hinder the easy theft of the A/C units.BTW...Naples Florida here as well!
