If any of the houses are in a good enough shape to still be usable as rentals, you would sell as a rental property as that will get you a higher price.

Either can work, propstream will be more affordable  but is propstream as good as data tree finding vacant land. i am on propstream looking and cannot seem to find anything decent , and i am looking in areas where i know vacant land is
