I genuinely am confused and want to learn why.

Unforeseen / Other Parameters - Weather, large scale transformations such as an industry collapse or relocation, etc.Do you guys have any other things you look into before choosing your new investment zip code? 

2) Did you do anything to help them or check in with them genuinely about the impact COVID-19 had on them?

Luckily I was out when it showed up, and my “WTF” reaction when I walked up to a ragged box was genuine.
