Hi,My tax consultant is busy and said he will file 'corporate tax act information filing' later but never got back to me.

Curious if anyone else received this same email from VRBO today:"Subject: Vrbo property rate discrepancy error – action requiredDear Partner,We're reaching out to let you know that we recently discovered a technical error that may have caused your rates to be displayed incorrectly to travelers who booked your property between July 29 – August 9, 2024.Please review the property rate for the following reservations IDs:XX-XXXXXX, XX-XXXXXX, XX-XXXXXXIf you believe one of these reservations was impacted, we ask that you honor it and contact Vrbo Support within 30 days of receiving this email to file a claim for the potential difference between the booked rate and your actual rate.You can reach Vrbo Support 24/7 at https://help.vrbo.com/?

you can go to your insurance claims agent (the claims person that you talked to on the phone and has probably sent you 10 emails)  you need to file an addendum to your claim as you need more money from your policy to repair the property. 

What I do is check my state's courthouse website to see if there are any records showing a current but not yet complete lawsuit or eviction filing.

In other words, you can file your eviction to get rid of the tenant, but you can't "abuse them" on their way out (very paraphrased).  

My parents investment LLC used 1031 exchange money to buy a house that I want to put in my personal name so I can file a PRE exemption. 

You can always file a complaint with the AGs office.

It fits all the requirements- size limit, minimum pixels, file format, no text etc.
