It was a call from a woman saying that she was interested in selling her house but she told me that she had to talk to her ex husband first and that she would have him call me.

On an average - Ex: 2000 sq ft’ home tenant leaves it is reasonable shape - I realize there are a lot of variables, but for all intent and purposes what is a reasonable amount you would pay a cleaning service?

You can then see who is on title obviously.I think the other issue here is your seller didn't seem motivated or did not clearly talk to the ex spouse.
