I used to live downtown and was on the zoning board.

I noticed their business is listed as an LLC on their Zillow profile, and we also found that they have a few other unrelated LLC businesses that didn’t seem to work out for them over the years and were short-lived.

And it has been gaining recognition as a vibrant, desirable place to live, especially for younger professionals and first-time buyers.

I would pull a FHA loan for $665,000 and live in one side and rent the other side out to a family member for $2,000 a month.

House care, lawn care, condition of cars, street conditions, absence of pay-day loan shops... basically all the things you look for when determining where to live yourself. 

If you're comfortable living where you are, equity in your current property or your savings rate would be the two other ways to get your next one which is going to be much slower.
