Can anyone tell me the current investing environment?

Let's not talk about who dumped guns and drugs into our environment in the first place for those guys with criminal backgrounds you mentioned earlier...You seem like a smart guy....figure it out...You don't have the slightest clue how easy it was for me to be one of those guys....Instead, I've worked with guys who have "criminal backgrounds"  since society is  "less likely"  to give second chances to a "certain group of people." 

Does running the numbers mean looking at the potential sale price, and comparing that to Monthly expensesWhat class of home it isWhat class of environment is the dealPotential cash flow Running those numbers, and seeing if it is a potentially good deal, or am I completely misunderstanding this concept?

Wintertime can be a devastating time to rent to people in cold environments.

It can take a new agent months to find there first few customers.you Florida is a Realtor rich environment and it takes some full time hustle to compete.

When I’m not working I enjoy landscape and urban photography; we typically camp in unique environments.

This situation could be similar to that except going back to an old work environment, I know what I’m getting into, I know the people, and I’m proven/known/well respected there.

You have to kind of be a "thorn in the side" of the local police department to protect the environment around your rental property.

Channel, frequency, firmware, software, security settings, noise in the environment, something as simple as moving furniture around can impact coverage. 

I was born and raised in this type of real estate environment (high apprection).
