However, there are endless "small towns" that are gaining BIG popularity in the STR markets but of course you have to do your homework and it depends on your strategy.

I am looking to buy a multi property in a good location that will appreciate and I am willing to fix up the place but I wouldn’t have the money for the fixing part endless I get a 203k loan.

This can’t go on forever, and with endless supply of money printing-when inflation hits or the dollar collapses you’ll still have a real tangible asset to convert into crypto or new dollars or gold or whatever means governments use for value transfer.If you’re not saving your stimulus checks to keep as reserves for your primary and/or rentals I hope it’s for unsecured loans like credit card debts.I don’t want to sound judgmental, because I’m not trying to be, but I am in survival mode right now-with the goal to have all my properties after the pandemic that I had when it started.

I think It would be really helpful to know approximately how much money your team will start with And what your goals are, as there are a endless ways to form a partnership.

The possibilities are endless in this market, so it mostly comes down to your ownership/relationship with your sisters.

Our economy is more diverse here than it is in other cities in our state, and people are working online these days, so they can leverage the heck out of our market, buying up beautiful homes, in an amazing school district, with endless outdoor recreation all around...

We've been listening to endless podcasts, reading a lot of the BP books, and perusing the BP forums and blogs as much as we can to make the best decisions and educate ourselves the best we can. 

Like I mentioned earlier, I desire to be a sponge and learn as much as possible and I plan to do this by whatever means necessary to help my mentor succeed so that in turn I can have endless learning opportunities.
