I'm anxious to see what else they have updated compared the old photos.Owner mentioned they had a pipe in the kitchen freeze last winter and that they fixed it but the flooring in the dining room would need replacing because of the water damage.

We have plans to open up the closed off/ boxed up rooms with a pass through bar in between the kitchen and dining room to create openness and to make it brighter in the whole area since we currently have a dark, outdated, galley kitchen with a single window and terrible lighting.

It is a 3/2 split ranch with the master, kitchen, dining room and living room upstairs and 2 bedrooms, living room, what was a 4th bedroom that I took out to add to the living area, laundry room and an office downstairs.
