Casinos, Hotels, Airports, many restaurants have carpet throughout and they all can’t be wrong.Glue down vinyl backed carpet would be my recommendation if you decide to go carpet.

I've been flipping and renting since '91 around Birmingham, Alabama, so I've seen a few...from the courthouse steps, we bought a funky looking commercial building on 6 acres in a bad part of town one time for $24k, rented it to a shady "casino" group for 12 months at $2k/mo, then sold it for $180K on the 13th month.We bought a SFR on the courthouse steps in a different county for $80k.

The Casino in Everett has created a great rental market in the immediate area to house the people who work there.

My friend bought a rehab in Connecticut near Mohican sun casino and does well with rent. 

I need to keep away from any casinos that I come across :)

Just like gambling in a casino, you may lose several times and on one lucky day you win 5 or 10 times and walk away a big winner.

The Gulfport area has my vote... more amenities and events with casinos. 

Not sure how cool Jackson is  LOLbut I was there in Biloxi about 10 days after Katrina I was looking at a 250 unit apartment. tide water came in during the event and water was 6 feet up the walls. it was a major disaster.but from what I saw the good thing was the casino's were allowed to move from being on barges to land and the area exploded. great job on the rental. 

I started listening Brandon’s podcast, webinar, and watching his videos, which are all very educational and constructive (watched also Cardone, Clayton Morris).My 23 year old son who is finalizing his masters in cyber security, has also developed a strong interest and is very enthusiastic about this opportunity for growth.My husband and I are still working (W2) and we have our primary house on Long Island N Y. and a rental vacation property in Florida.

The property is 20 min from Palm Springs, is near a few casinos, and is off the I-10 from Phoenix.
