In my experience, my clients with LLCs created by a private attorney get conditioned for items much more often than clients who took the cookie cutter models from legal zoom or rocket lawyer.

Many western states also had some very poor, slapped-together, cookie-cutter construction happening 1970-1985 so that’s another time period to look out for, although again, lots of quality custom builds done at the same time.

Just might want to plan on 2 days of renting the rig.
