SQUATTERS!!! IS THERE A MANUAL in Baltimore city

Hello BP World,

I am inquiring  about a peculiar  situation involving squatters.  Im looking to purchase a home that is in good shape from a tired Landlord. Unfortunately this home has squatters that have been in the home for several years and have stop paying rent and there is no lease on record. The tenant has rigged the electric unit to have electricity without paying an electricity bill to BGE.  Has any one dealt with this scenario in BALTIMORE CITY before? and if so, what measures can be taken to get them out of the property?

@Jamal L. and @Account Closed,   this post made me curious so I did a little googling and found this:  http://www.peoples-law.org/house-guest-or-squatter-refuses-leave.   Is that wrongful detainer mechanism viable ?
