How many brokers would you interview and how far in advance of contemplating a sale would you do so?

I've contemplated such an idea, but I don't believe that we should play judge and jury on who is an expert on something; that is up to you -- just as in the real world, you must do your due diligence.Someone on the site can have a very high influence score, but may not necessarily be an expert investor.
