I think reading the 12 week year and having 1 goal for business, school, and lifestyle is a good place to start.

The reality is, this is a lifestyle.

I don't think you need an app with a monthly subscription to track property addresses of vacant houses if you are budget conscious and haven't done a deal yet.

I'll be shocked if you can actually get much cash flow out of them (unless you are putting 50%+ down payment) once you factor in the taxes and high HOA fees but sounds like this is more of a lifestyle choice.

I’d consider moving especially If you have job prospects in the new community, and I’d certainly recommend researching it well before considering moving there in terms of life style, outdoor activities, night life, schools if you have or may have children, travel accessibility (highways, airports) sports teams if this is important to you, etc.

I just really want a guests stay to be easy while suiting their lifestyle without giving them an opportunity to try everything kitchen gadget in Target.

The problem right now is too many people are getting too much free money and free benefits from the government and they are quite content with that lifestyle.  

The reason would be that the tenants are not taking care of their apartment and I want to make sure they remain conscious of taking care of the apartment.
