@Bruce Lynn Yes none of them are move in ready but the city also provides a "scope of work" analysis with each property which give a pretty comprehensive list of repairs and code violations that would needed to be fixed before living in the property.

I will look into rephrasing my introduction. 

However, seeing the business model, and profit share opportunity, just made the decision for me.BTW, I had my first deal in escrow within 3 weeks of being licensed with KW.If you need an introduction to the proper people, just let me know. 

The homes are built well (much nicer than Glen Park in my opinion), the neighbors are wonderful (still one of those places where people know each other) and room for appreciation (Prices are well below Glen Park for reasons that are beyond my comprehension).Honorable Mention: Outer sunset.
