If the numbers don't add up, then that's the time to explore other markets.

I live in and invest in the Indianapolis Indiana and surrounding area and exploring the option of converting some 2 car detached garages into ADU's and just looking for feedback if people have done this is the past and it's  worth it.

-With 25% down, a 720 FICO and DSCR of 1.25, these rates are very high.I would highly recommend exploring other options.
