@Mel HarsH - commercial financing underwrites much differently than residential, and there are attributes around the deal they are evaluating instead of the personal DTI.  

There is less demand for 2 bedrooms however, it is not out of character for the Little Flower area so that helps. 

It is very difficult to determine if the specific attributes you need in a smart lock will be available in the configuration you purchase before you actually purchase it. 

When well-maintained, they have a ton of charm and historic character that are very desirable.

guys - I can't speak for the ads or websites that don't do what you expect, but unless you have spoken with Gary to understand his business, ease up on the character/business assassination. 

And that tight group is not comprised of people of this character.

@Victor Boctor I'm not the professional here, but I think that the character of the income is more important than how you collect it.

I love older homes, as I think they were build much more solidly and with more character than anything since the 50's.

But the "play it safe and careful" just doesnt fit my character.
