While Covid-19 is still active, we can continue with the business by being positive and take advantage of this time to learn Real Estate education by browsing, reading, listening and building your network.

By far the vast majority of realtors I interface with on a regular basis have no idea about renting properties, screening, leasing, or a good/bad lease. 

I have been reading books, browsing forums, and following real estate investors on social media to try and learn everything I can as my goal was to buy my first property within 6 months -- but today I think I may have stumbled upon a great opportunity.

I was browsing an auction website and saw this complex is going up for auction.

Sure, I can pull up the MLS and browse properties anywhere in the US, but there are so many places to choose from; I have literally no point of reference in terms of where to start.

We found a bunch of Bank links on the Resources page and have browsed many.

After sitting in bed last night browsing the local Craigslist ads I found some locals that were upgrading the standard builder grade toilets with nicer pieces.I picked up an American Standard toilet for example @ $20 and even if it needs a flush kit it will still be less than the lowest grade they sell at my local Lowes.

Example would be how many hours would you spend browsing the net for properties.  

And I'm kind of tired of reading books and browsing web sites with that impression of going nowhere.
