My plumber suggests that because it has a pump primer it was for fluid - either water or gasoline.A friend who was in the construction business his whole life said this: "Back in the days people gathered rain water from the roof and had cisterns (sp) in the house to collect the water and hold it so it could be used to wash cloths, dishes, etc.

and zero on maintenance  and if you put on the regen braking to full. you get the feel for when you take your foot off the gas.. so you almost never use your brakes unless someone stops quick in front of you..

Jerry W.I truly understand what you are saying and thank you very much for the argument against my idea of a niche for rentals. my arguments is: 95% of sex offenders will not brake a law again, 85% of sex offenders that did have physical contact knew there victim either direct family member, relative, friend, etc... so 15% was stranger via. a park, beach, internet, etc... those are the statistics that i read and can prove just like the low recidivism rate that i already proven. also not all sex offenders are pedophiles (attraction to pre pubescent children).As I said i would screen the tenant. if someone finished there sentence 5 - 10 years ago and have not committed another crime, I truly think that person would make for a great long term tenant as I'm sure it is very hard for them to find a place to rent.Sure there are pro's and con's to this but using this niche market to rent to i should be able to obtain the top or close to it of the avg. rent in the area.
