I repainted the interiors, landscaped the yard with drought resistant plants and a drip system, reconfigured the fencing to separate the two units for better privacy and yard space for both, and added a concrete deck for the ADU.

Will need to create a level foundation or deck (as the backyard is on a slope) and create hook ups to the main utility lines, so if the company can organize that it would be a major plus or if you have any resources to share about that I would really appreciate it.
