Buyer beware though - I've had a client that picked a very bad STR company and they've made a shamefully small return because of mismanagement.

Nothing to be ashamed of there.

I'm ashamed to say I haven't been as active on the site lately.  

They ought to be ashamed of themselves unless they're doing an in depth search like a debt collector would do.

It’s really a shame reading through all of these snow removal threads and seeing countless landlords, most of us with the best intentions, worried sick about someone carelessly slipping on ice on their property and single handedly wiping out years worth of rental income.

It's a shame you can't tie into the old stuff like you used to be able to.

It does seem as if a lot of gurus sell snake oil, and it is a shame.  

It's a shame cause it's my favorite areas.But with how weather patterns are coming in, these areas are going to face sea levels rising quicker than the norm, extreme heat droughts and later hurricane seasons.

It is a shame that he is having a personal issue but that is not your problem. 

Seems a shame I have to pass up on all these potential leads because I can't find financing.
