We don't drink a lot and may have food allergies or are vegan and can't justify the incredibly high cost associated with all inclusive resorts.

For a local move if you are on a budget rent a uhaul and get some help and pay with pizza and drinks from friends or what ever floats their boat.After your inspection period start working on planning your work and a rough timeline of how things will flow.

Don’t drink the koolaid generally.

It's not like the tools are a "program the younger generation is just trained to want to do everything" while they sit on the beach drinking mai tais.

I don';t have time for meetings and networking... and I bet most big players don't either.See people that eagerly go to these networking events, usually are people that need help, that are not succesful, that even though will NEVER admit it... but they see their own system is not giving them the results they are looking for ... hence network events... and most network events are like "Alcoholic annonimous" meetings where it is a huge  orgy of bragging right."

I'd hate for them to keep the garage door open while they're hanging out playing pool, drinking etc. while the whole residential neighborhood watches them. 

If someone is staying less than 7 days, there is a chance they may eat out more often, but someone staying 31+ days will likely want to cook as well as keep food/drinks in their rental area.

The 100s of millions they are spending on infrastructure, new hotels (highly recommend having a drink on the roof top of the Hilton.) 

In many cases, they could be snacks and soft drinks.
