Looking for suggestions beyond top 20 Google search result sites like Houzz, Etsy, Overstock, Wayfair, Target, Walmart, etc. or Google., and the same for lighting. 

I see so many go into buying rentals and they are their own worse enemy.. this is not do I want to shop at Nordy's or Walmart..

For interiors I use the Color Place premixed off white and white paint that is sold at Walmart.

Everything else comes from WalMart (linens, utensils, consumables). 

How do you move a commercial tenant in like a Walmart for example into a shopping center?

It was located in a C-B market area that was also 5-10mins from a major university and medical center, a military base, as well as right behind a Walmart and major mall.

And even so if I required lending for $30k I’m almost certain the payments wouldn’t be a stretch, even if I worked at Walmart Lol.

Considering the mini blinds I put in my C-class rentals are under six bucks each at Walmart, go in with four screws, and are practically impossible to fully clean, I just replace them with new blinds.

For example who pays for the Walmart letters on the store?
