There was no basis and the eviction stood, but they played the game and gained another week, and I was told the Sheriff won't enforce an eviction if there is a future court date on the matter. 

On my next builds, I’m calculating that it will take 12 months once permits are issued due to the Trusses.  

As I went through this I explained things, how things viewed to me, my thought process's, why i did what I did, when i did, how I did them, and really for myself it all stood on a foundation of "common sense", yet detailing these things her expressions were how courageous or revolutionary my "common sense" actions were. 

If they see stains on the trusses inside the attic there is a leak.

those that have stood the test of time and still standing are the ones that tend to have the most success.
