Price point has changed and interest rates have changed, yet many investors are shoot for the stars... 

Just having a Zillow account won't generate leads - you need to get 5 5-star ratings to boost you profile and make sure you are quick to respond to anything that does come through.

I'd advise getting hooked up with a local agent soon to start getting a feel for pricing in the metro (I have a recommendation if you'd like), but keep in mind that listings drop like a rock in the Oct.

I know, no management company is perfect, so I don't expect 4 stars...but 1.5??

Any thoughts on how I could structure a deal where not only will I sell the land for the seller but I could also structure a deal where I could be part owner of the potential drilling  that could take place on the land as well as timber, rock & stone excavation, etc.
