I read a book on tax liens and it had a couple of pages on Nebraska, but the actual statute that covers tax liens is like 70 pages. 

Via a hard money loan used as bridge financing the property is where purchase and Repaired and then refinanced with Fannie Mae loans, I was able to minimize the money out of my pocket.In my opinion these days you will probably need to look East of Interstate 635 and south of interstate 20 in the south east corner Dallas County.

I peruse listings all over the Southeast and have come across a few intriguing deals in Statesboro.

I agree with your assessment that San Diego is too expensive and I think looking in the Southeast is a good idea.

To remodel a kitchen in Kauai cost as much as a full remodel in Seattle which would be a full purchase of a home in Nebraska with all of the remodel budget.

That would honestly not hold up in court in Nebraska regardless.

Hi southeast WA BP folks,I'm looking to do buy and hold in the Tri-Cities area (Richland Kennewick Pasco Prosser) and have purchased one 6-plex with new roof and electrical in Benton City for greater than the 1% rule (1.25 or so).

I am predicting it is in the Southeast.
