I think they calculated the transactions as gains by mistake?

I almost made the mistake of paying a Philly guru who was going to teach me the ins and outs of buying section 8 homes and after reaching out to others on BP who invest in better market real estate, realized its incredibly risky.

The economy is crunching right now, make no mistake about it.

Get your feet wet, make mistakes, and learn as you go. 

I learned the hard lesson about taxes (fed, stat, recapture) on the 1st one sold, will not make that mistake again.
