I've renovated 95% of the first floor and am working on turning the unfinished basement into some pseudo finished space by closing off the mechanicals into their own room, painting, changing the lighting, and doing something with the floors and ceilings.Tomorrow morning I'm going out looking at properties to potentially buy a 16th.
