Campbell (I'm Canadian, Vancouver) - Millionaire Real Estate Investor by Gary Keller - Land Lording on Autopilot by Mike Butler Those are just my Real Estate Investing books I'm learning a lot by Don.R.Campbell, his ACRE system is really easy to follow and I can picture myself actually buying a property with his advice.

From all my research I have narrowed it down to setting up an appointment with Keller Williams and EXP. 

So within 7 months of deciding to get into real estate and watching ( current number of BP podcast at 201), and reading automatic millionaire, Richest man in Babylon and some Gary Keller books, and most of the rich dad poor dad series, and watching a ton of YouTube videos and taking experienced professionals out to eat and gain their insight and knowledge, I can say I reached my goal of purchasing 2 properties.

@Michael Guzik I think you should read "One Thing" by famous Gary Keller of Keller Williams.

One word of advise though, when starting out plan to concentrate on one area at a time, just like Gary Keller likes to says that in his famous "One thing" book!

I'm also a big fan of The Millionaire Real Estate Investor by Gary Keller, Jay Papasan and Dave Jenks.

There is also an investor meeting every third Thurs. of the month held at Keller Williams at 7pm.
