So you either have to do them yourself, pay retail trade rates which will kill your cash flow, or have a partial repair person that is fixing your small complex but also working other small jobs and complexes to make ends meat.You really want a size where you can afford that full time repair person that knows every inch of that property and how to fix things and where to get the parts.

I follow some of the u tube day traders for some fund and excitement they have done pretty good I have gotten great C on C returns on many of their suggestions.. of course its just play money but still % wise it gives me something else to do..

This of course will force me to charge VAT, making my "product" less attractive etc.I didn't intend to "disaggregate" with a company on purpose, but there may be a chance the tax office thinks differently...Especially if I'll have to use private money to (potentially) back-stop the negative cashflow of the LLC...Anyone any experience with being Sole trader AND having an LLC to rent out property?
