Hi All,
I'm Noah, a young entrepreneur minded 23 year old. I've been working out of college for about 2 years and has been interested in buying income properties because a family member has done so also with some success.
The market here is a seller's market, so i'm not sure what opportunities there are in this area yet. I'd be excited to hear from someone in the area if you'd like to get coffee sometime. I look forward to networking with everyone soon!

Welcome to BP @Noah Moss
You answered you own question the best opportunities are for sellers. That means it may not be a good time to be acquiring income properties. It could be a very good time for flipping and trading properties.
For investors the market is always good. It is just a matter if it is good for sellers, buyers traders or holders. When you have a sellers market then you know if you get a good deal you will have a buyer for it.
