We have a friend/realtor who is fabulous and innovative.

We bought 2 more houses in Nov/Dec. that needed a lot of fixing.

.- Everything else being equal, is it worth the $3k tax savings to buy in nov/dec 2019 vs wait until sometime 2020 (we can be flexible when we buy in 2020)?

Hoping to start construction in NOV if the re-platting completes on time.

Usually they need an innovative founder with some sales skillz and hustle.So pick the option that will provide you the most security, lower cost living and more cash in your pocket.

Thanks for your response and to answer your question I am primarily interested in obtaining passive income, but I am open to all suggestions and innovative ideas that have worked for RE investors.
