Book reference from podcast

I need help remembering a book title that was referenced in a fairly recent BP Real Estate podcast (330+). In it, the guest referenced a book that described two key people that lead successful startups. I don’t recall the exact description he gave them but it was something like an “innovator” and an “implementer”.
