That doesn't mean you won't get calls or have repairs to do, but it does mean that you can have a cordial relationship with them and they won't call you at 3am because their toilet is clogged (one of the landlord clichés, BTW, in 15 years I've never had anyone call me in the middle of the night.)

In other words you cannot give 60 day notice in the middle of the month and expect them to leave in 60 days.
