I am about to graduate and (hopefully) start a good career, and I want to begin investing to supplement that income.

I am reading the Intelligent Investor by Benjamin Graham right now and I am betting these letters will supplement the book nicely.

I had planned on being an agent only part time, for supplemental income, to gain experience, and cut down on transaction costs for my own investments.I contacted a brokerage that is widely viewed as the biggest commercial brokerage in my area.

So what I'm looking for is assistance options to supplement my budget so combined I can pay the 25% that is required. 

(I actually had to reach out to some friends who are more experienced than me and work in mortgage lending to ask for advice to supplement the information I was getting from the attorney.)I provided the information to the title company.Definitely some lessons learned here.

I come from the fitness business and to supplement my income in my early years of fitness I worked as a bouncer in NYC.  

., I own a few long-term rentals in my personal name, and my accountant files them on schedule E (1040) as supplemental rental income.

Live off of my passive income, sell some RE with my newly acquired license and supplement that with income from Brokerage funds.

I'd be giving up about $300 in interest to make an additional $34k/year.If its relevant, I'm 29, have about 1.5x my annual income in my 401k and want to build my real estate portfolio to supplement retirement since I plan to retire well before I'm able to draw on my 401k. 

If not, I will very highly recommend that to supplement what you learn at BP.Even though I am from Chicago, I invest mainly in NW Indiana, because of better returns and more landlord friendly government.
