Here some towns are primarily gated communities with clubhouses, golf courses, restaurants, gyms, playgrounds, even beaches... the houses are usually close together but manicured lawns and lots of people to have fun with.

I pay for the doggy specific things - all of which I can take with me if I go - special indoor gates, flooring, fencing, splash pool.If my business fails - at least they brought their building up to spec and someone will want it.
