._________________________________________________________________________________________________- The 2019 Gulf Coast Real Estate & Economic Education Conference was recently held at the University of South Alabama’s (USA) Student Center for the second consecutive year, drawing local area real estate professionals as well as developers from across the country.

We always confer with a good real estate agent that is familiar with the neighborhood in question.

If anyone has any good places to start, specifically with regards to Eastern PA markets, any guidance is truly appreciated. - Cheers

I am looking at a particular market that is very similar to Sparks Nevada PRE Tesla (in a state in the Eastern seaboard) that has a new High Tech employer moving (actually building a new plant from scratch) into area and is projected to bring 3200 high tech mfg jobs to area.I for example can buy Single Family in this area today while prices are still reasonable but would not be able to raise rents above the current local rent average until time that the new Tech Company's plant is up and running and employees have relocated to area from California.

According to my phone conference with them, they require the tenant to have at least three months remaining on their lease.

I just got an 8 unit that we all negotiated on a conference call and they had no issues with the seller and I continuing to communicate after that.
