This is every seminar that is promoted using A&E or HGTV celebritis by the way. 

Lots of driving the last 2 days, but blessed to have great weather, great company, and unbelievable things to celebrate.

So while I should have celebrated the win, my emotions kept getting tangled in the feeling that I should have done better. 

Our Celebration 2 Kazakh girls rented the flat, their first comments was* Wow so cute* so big* So quiet* Nice viewhahaha… I don’t disagree, but big?

Even if it wasn’t a good seminar, I always enjoy time with my bro.Turns out it was one of those real estate guru intro seminars that use a completely unrelated celebrity (Mr Wonderful) as the bait.

I met BP almost 2 years ago and wanted to celebrate my 3,000th post with you!

By the way, I lost all my respect for all the HGTV celebrities like Mike Holmes, Hilary Farr, Scott who gives their faces to cover these scammers and receive money in exchange by taking the money of vulnerable people like retired, laid-off and divorced people and make you believe that they help poor people by giving away or renovate homes!

They've put in some hip restaurants there, but they don't seem to be doing well and just lost their celebrity chef that oversaw everything including his signature place.
