.$200.00 laterHer first month there the bathtub mysteriously ended up having to much water go through the overflow and it started leaking downstairs....at 3:30am.........I ended up paying for a plumber to come out for that one...................She's a youngster.....22 years old that passed all the background checks, etc....but it seems like every month or two something comes up with her....Meanwhile at my other rental....to a woman in her thirties......no problems........Interesting

With those, there's also plenty of smaller satellite towns around it you can check out.But then again, those who are used to these small towns are used to travel what is necessary to get thier income necessary.And if you are able to purchase properly (low enough) you can gain a reputation for providing "starter homes" for those youngsters as they move out.

this is going to happen in 20 more years because the lenders are still giveing loans with simular exceptions are you smokeing, They take your money and get a new buyer and do the same to them THATS WHAT MAKES UP FOR ANY LOSSES THAT YOU THINK THE BANKS LOOSEING WAKE UP all the baby boomers are retired and all the youngsters will be buying these homes now the banks taking a lose is a smoke screen theres a customer for every product you sound like you havent been doing this for verry long !
