Hello - I'm beginning to invest in SFH's in the Woodlands & NW Houston area and was wondering if fellow members had Real Estate Attorneys and/or CPA/Tax Firms they recommend using.I'm not looking for the "best", i.e. most expensive, but don't want the cheapest either.  

Does anyone know any good real estate agents who also invest in the North Houston, Spring, The Woodlands, or Conroe area?.

Now my question, I have a double wide home on a foundation in the woodland park area that is extreamly delapidated.

Places like Genessee, Conifer, and Evergreen near Denver and places like Woodland Park, Cascade and Divide near Colorado Springs see 5br type homes go for $850-$1.2M and garner anywhere from $125k to $250k, if run right.
