In the off chance you weld or have a friend that does they are super easy to make.

I am native to Spokane WA, where I have built a mobile welding and fabrication business, which I have used to fund my real estate business.

Put it in my truck, brought it home and now I'm cleaning it up, doing some butt welds, and repainting it. 

I have a job making 52,000 a year welding 60 hours weekly.

These are the stairs you often see on 60's through 80's buildings with a central steel stringer and precast concrete steps welded to it.The stairs at this property are in need of some work - the biggest issue is that many of the steps are cracked or spalled badly enough to need replacement,  one step in particular is bad enough that it is becoming a safety issue.   

It is a sizable expense to cut, re-weld his gate and install new posts, which he wants us to pay for.We tried to be friendly but to no good.

I don't use toothpicks anymore, I use a 5/64" 6013 welding rod with the flux removed. 

Best call was a handyman that was terminating a 15 amp wire on a 20 amp circuit and arc welded his screwdriver in the panel. 

I am not very optimistic that will happen.Even though no one asked, here is my education plan:They need to give high school kids the option of learning a trade (plumbing, electrical, automotive, welding, etc.) so that they have immediate hope out of school to make a living.
