don't want to post any of those details from their Webinar until the deal is closed, wouldn't wish to scuttle/affect their deal other than they are assuming agency fixed debt at a good rate.but they don't mention what percentage of tenants are section 8, but do say that Sponsor has specific experience in this class of MF, don't mention if they are putting any capital into the deal nor capital call provisions, they most likely specify all that in their Offering Memorandum, which i have not requested, as I didn't think the returns quite merited the risk right now.

I looked on their website and couldn't find any cost amount, everything points to the ladder trap (free webinar, followed by free 3hrs class, followed by free weekend class with $$$$ VIP option, followed by $$$$$ enrollment, followed by more $$$$$ for "advanced training/tools/program").And I looked at your profile - "passion for learning.

OwnerRez has helpful recorded webinars with both platforms, where they give suggestions to improve ranking and conversions.

when I say 'BP' i'm using that as shorthand to refer to the entire ecosystem - the forums, 2016 webinar Brandon Turner, the whole thing. 

I went to several of the LIOS webinars including that one (those were the highly desirable cucumbers deal where you bought the greenhouse and they held the land correct?).  

@Tyler Battaglia check out masslandlords they have lots of info and webinars.   

He also did a really great webinar series for investors titled "Tricks Syndicators Play to Make the Numbers Look Good."
