Consider even gathering Beds, Sofas, Chairs, Dinning table , Utensils , Appliances, Linen, Toiletries , Towels , Decorations  etc,,  wether ordering online , finding them locally or on Craigslist  it still takes time ( weeks ) to setup and stage before you can even shoot the pictures.. 

How many sets of utensils/bowls/plates/etc. do you typically like to use for your properties?

Supply kitchen utensils, pots and pans, toaster, coffee pot, everyday basic spices/oils, iron, ironing board, etc. 3. use white linens and towels so they can be bleached 4. since my vacation rental sleeps 10 and tends to cater to families I provide lots of board/card games (I get them at second hand stores for a couple dollars and have received positive feedback) 5. above all considerations, ensure it's clean.

We did light washing of some dishes/utensils only.

Main thing I found myself wanting was better cooking/eating utensils.

Fully furnished with linens, towels, kitchen utensils, cleaning supplies (like an STR), or do you allow the tenant to purchase their own sheets, towels, etc?

I don't know the name of the gear, but what is a good source for hanging racks for pots, pans, and other utensils?

Also, make sure you check any utensils, pots and pans, etc., if you have them.
