Due to the nature of the shorter lease terms, I am spending an excessive amount of time updating my Excel spreadsheet, MLS, business website, Airbnb, VRBO, and other platforms.

You can have an email for each account and you should be able to set your phone up see multiple accounts at once should you get inquiries or messages.Just log into each account to make updates and price changes.

I'm currently living in Hawaii and I'm excited to enter the Detroit market and keep everyone updated along the way.

I'm guessing they want some sort of updates during the rehab.
