Seller says Section 8 inspections have not required any repair on this issue either, but my untrained eye says that some concrete block should be added to reinforce the small addition.

https://drive.google.com/file/...Hey Omer, I didn't see anything here that would make me run away in terror, although I would have an electrician take a closer look at those rusted breakers and also have an HVAC pro deliver a quote for installing a drip pan and securing the condensate drain line.All the other items would have been observable by the naked, untrained eye (e.g., missing gutters), so I'm assuming your offer price already took them into account.
