Maybe that will change in a few weeks- again, these are unprecedented times that are difficult to predict. 

As such, in these unprecedented times, my responsibility to my tenants is to provide them the shelter and services outlined in my lease. 

I am sure you googled it, but here is the info I found.... and with this unprecedented emergency I cant see how using available aide would hurt you or your tenants?

This unprecedented gov assistance will save a good percentage.

I would have some further conversations with the note holder to try to best uncover how the tenants are doing during this unprecedented time.  

Here is the letter I sent out to my tenants in Chicago last week, feel free to use any bits that strike a cord with you---"Hi everyone,I wanted to touch base with each and every one of you, and encourage an open line of communication through these unprecedented times.

I hope everyone is staying safe out there during these unprecedented times.I wanted to ask the community, a rough ball park figure on what it would cost to build an ADU of let's say 500 sq. ft. with one bathroom, kitchen and bedroom, for a structure that is ALREADY existing and what it would cost to build from the ground up. 

While telecommuting at its current level is unprecedented,  it has been around a long time and over time has become more acceptable.
