If duplexes in your area are uncommon (Charlotte was too) you might have to be patient.

With many people working from home, it isn't uncommon to require tenants to be available for repairmen or appliance deliveries.

I don't think it's uncommon to pay by check though.

Hey @Donod Sadu - this isn't uncommon when payments are setup on auto without a definite end term. 

Googling, I find that it is not uncommon for corporations (which the property I am interested in appears to be), to sell their properties with SWD rather than GWD since they may have aquired it during foreclosure, etc. 

Hey @Leo L -  While this shouldn't be "NORMAL" it's sadly not uncommon! 

Some lenders may have prepay penalties on the bridge loans (although this is pretty uncommon from what I undertand) so be sure to ask that upfront. 

It's not uncommon for certain tenants to tell you the rental is "perfect" and then start nit-picking once they occupy.

As members of the military it is not uncommon to be moved every 2 to 3 years.
